As `TARGET_SO_DIR_TIMESTAMP` contains `ruby_version`, after bumping
`RUBY_ABI_VERSION` it should not be existing. Usually such outdated
files will be removed by `make outdate-bundled-gems` automatically
invoked by `make up`.
