* lib/ipaddr.rb (coerce_other): Support type coercion and make &,
|, == and include? accept a string or an integer instead of an
IPAddr object as the argument.
* lib/ipaddr.rb (initialize): Give better error messages.
* lib/ipaddr.rb: Improve documentation.
