With ASAN `EC_REPUSH_TAG` doesn't work
With ASAN, `EC_TMPPOP_TAG`/`EC_REPUSH_TAG` doesn't work
so rewrite it without them. They are used for the performance,
but here calling stacked `END{}` and not so performance critical.
