ossl_bn.c: reduce alloca/malloc
* ext/openssl/ossl_bn.c (ossl_bn_initialize): no need of alloca for
small fixed size array.
* ext/openssl/ossl_bn.c (ossl_bn_initialize): check overflow first,
and use alloca for small size input.
