common.mk: load prelude on `make benchmark`
because benchmark/bm_io_nonblock_noex.rb and benchmark/bm_io_nonblock_noex2.rb
are using IO#write_nonblock and it's defined in prelude.
miniruby can't run the benchmark without prelude.
