[ruby/prism] Fix an AST and token incompatibility for `Prism::Translation::Parser`
Fixes https://github.com/ruby/prism/pull/2506.
This PR fixes an AST and token incompatibility between Parser gem and `Prism::Translation::Parser`
for symbols quoted with line breaks.
