ZJIT: Implement getspecial (#13642)
ZJIT: Implement getspecial in ZJIT
Adds support for the getspecial instruction in zjit.
We split getspecial into two instructions, one for special symbols
(`$&`, $'`, etc) and one for special backrefs (`$1`, `$2`, etc).
