yaml_tree.rb: fix anchor

* ext/psych/lib/psych/visitors/yaml_tree.rb (visit_String):
  anchors like `\Z` are not valid inside character class.  use
  negative-lookahead instead.
  Fixes: https://github.com/tenderlove/psych/issues/221
