ext/coverage/coverage.c (rb_coverage_start): Ensure `opt` is a hash
Ensure `opt` is a hash before using `rb_hash_lookup` to `opt`.
This will prevent SEGV when an inappropriate object (i.e. an array)
is passed to `opt`.
