* lib/mkmf.rb (INSTALL_DIRS, install_dirs): added BINDIR.
* lib/mkmf.rb (install_files): rejects files matching to
$NONINSTALLFILES.
* lib/mkmf.rb (init_mkmf): defaults $NONINSTALLFILES to backup and
temporary filse.
