ZJIT: Profile opt_ltlt and opt_aset (#14834)

These bring `send_without_block_no_profiles` numbers down dramatically.

On lobsters:
  Before: send_without_block_no_profiles: 3,466,375
  After:  send_without_block_no_profiles: 1,293,375
