* bignum.c (nlz16): New function.
(nlz32): Ditto.
(nlz64): Ditto.
(nlz128): Ditto.
(nlz): Redefined using an above function.
(bitsize): New macro.
(rb_cstr_to_inum): Use bitsize instead of nlz.
