merge revision(s) 36432: [Backport #6734]
* configure.in (EXTDLDFLAGS): split options for each extension
libraries, and unused in ruby.pc. [Bug #6734]
* lib/mkmf.rb (MakeMakefile#configuration): add EXTDLDFLAGS.
