ZJIT: Nil-fill locals in direct send (#15536)
Avoid garbage reads from locals in eval.
Before the fix the test fails with
<"[\"x\", \"x\", \"x\", \"x\"]"> expected but was
<"[\"x\", \"x\", \"x\", \"x286326928\"]">.
