YJIT: jit_prepare_routine_call() for String#+@ missing
We saw SEGVs due to this when running with StackProf, which needs a
correct PC for RUBY_INTERNAL_EVENT_NEWOBJ, the same event used for
ObjectSpace allocation tracing.
