* common.mk (rdoc-bench): add a benchmark rule
using RDoc. Generate all rdoc related files
(same as `make rdoc') in temporary directory
and remove them. Excecution time, GC::Profiler
and results of GC.stat are printed.
* tool/rdocbench.rb: added for `rdoc-bench'.
