* Avoid RCLASS_IV_TBL in marshal.c
* Avoid RCLASS_IV_TBL for class names
* Avoid RCLASS_IV_TBL for autoload
* Avoid RCLASS_IV_TBL for class variables
* Avoid copying RCLASS_IV_TBL onto ICLASSes
* Use object shapes for Class and Module IVs
