* ext/tk/lib/tk/itemconfig.rb (itemcget): add check that slot argument
  is not empty string.
* ext/tk/lib/tk/itemconfig.rb (itemconfiginfo): ditto.
* ext/tk/lib/tk/entry.rb: add TkEntry#icursor and icursor= (alias of
  cursor and cursor= method).
