To manage ractor-local data for C extension, the following APIs are defined. * rb_ractor_local_storage_value_newkey * rb_ractor_local_storage_value * rb_ractor_local_storage_value_set * rb_ractor_local_storage_ptr_newkey * rb_ractor_local_storage_ptr * rb_ractor_local_storage_ptr_set At first, you need to create a key of storage by rb_ractor_local_(value|ptr)_newkey(). For ptr storage, it accepts the type of storage, how to mark and how to free with ractor's lifetime. rb_ractor_local_storage_value/set are used to access a VALUE and rb_ractor_local_storage_ptr/set are used to access a pointer. random.c uses this API. Saves comitters' daily life by avoid #include-ing everything from internal.h to make each file do so instead. This would significantly speed up incremental builds. We take the following inclusion order in this changeset: 1. "ruby/config.h", where _GNU_SOURCE is defined (must be the very first thing among everything). 2. RUBY_EXTCONF_H if any. 3. Standard C headers, sorted alphabetically. 4. Other system headers, maybe guarded by #ifdef 5. Everything else, sorted alphabetically.
