prepare native_cond_*() which are based on pthread_cond_*() spec.

with contension.
* benchmark/run.rb: fix to remove ENV['RUBYLIB'] for matzruby.
* test/ruby/test_thread.rb: add a test.
* common.mk: fix benchmark options.
