* include/ruby/ruby.h (ROBJECT_NUMIV): renamed from ROBJECT_LEN.
(ROBJECT_IVPTR): renamed from ROBJECT_PTR.
* variable.c: follow the above renaming.
* object.c: ditto.
* gc.c: ditto.
* marshal.c: ditto.
