* vm_core.h: Introduce UNINITIALIZED_VAR() macro.
* thread.c (do_select): Use UNINITIALIZED_VAR() instead FAKE_FD_ZERO().
Also, remove FAKE_FD_ZERO completely. [Feature #3018]
