* test/ruby/marshaltestlib.rb: common marshal testcase added.
* test/ruby/test_marshal.rb: use above testsuite.
* test/soap/marshal/test_marshal.rb: ditto.
* test/soap/marshal/cmarshal.rb: removed (not used).
