* bignum.c (bignorm): sizeof(long) may be smaller than
sizeof(VALUE). [ruby-dev:29013]
* ruby.h (FIXNUM_MAX): fixnum may be bigger than long.
* ruby.h (SIGNED_VALUE): signed integer of size of VALUE.
