select(index..).

* ext/sdbm/init.c (fsdbm_values_at): ditto.

* ext/dbm/dbm.c (fdbm_values_at): ditto.

* ext/dbm/dbm.c (DBM::VERSION): defined.

* ext/gdbm/testgdbm.rb: replace select with values_at.

* ext/sdbm/testsdbm.rb: ditto.
