* node.h (struct RNode): Change argc from int to long. Otherwize

  NEW_CFUNC() sets argc to a wrong value on platforms where
  sizeof(int) != sizeof(long) and the byte order is big-endian.
  This fixes breakage on FreeBSD/sparc64.
