io.c: ARGF.file returns $stdin instead of STDIN [ci skip]
For example:
`ruby -e '$stdin=open(IO::NULL);p [STDIN,$stdin,ARGF.file]'`
prints `[#<IO:<STDIN>>, #<File:/dev/null>, #<File:/dev/null>]`
