* complex.c: uses f_(in)?exact_p macro.
* rational.c: ditto.
* bignum.c (rb_big_pow): bignum**bignum - should calculate without
rational.
* lib/complex.rb: should override Math module at most once.
* lib/mathn.rb: requires 'cmath' directly.
