* bootstraptest/runner.rb: set default directory to
'/tmp/bootstraptest.tmpwd' and add --dir option.
fix to output driver and target information.
* common.mk: fix to run btest on BASERUBY and
add OPTS to pass option ("make btest OPTS=...").
