* include/ruby/ruby.h (RB_UNUSED_VAR): new macro to suppress
warnings for unused variables.
* ext/bigdecimal/bigdecimal.c (ENTER): use RB_UNUSED_VAR() to
suppress annoying warnings by -Wunused-but-set-variable in gcc 4.6.
