Subject: merges r28093 from trunk into ruby_1_9_2. -- * lib/tempfile.rb
 (Tempfile#unlink): leave @data.  Assigning nil to   @data caused double
 closing error of the same IO in finalizer.  a   patch from Simon Nicholls.
