Subject: * bcc32/Makefile.sub: use borlndmm.dll if possible. bcc32's RTL
 internal   memory manager cannot handle large memory block properly.   ex:
 10000.times { "" << "." * 529671; GC.start } # crash   [ruby-dev:28230]
