timeout.rb: fix for ExitException

* lib/timeout.rb (Timeout#timeout): should not rescue ordinarily
  raised ExitException, which should not be thrown.
* lib/timeout.rb (Timeout::ExitException.catch): set @thread only if
  it ought to be caught.
