leakchecker.rb: get rid of uninitialized Tempfile

* test/lib/leakchecker.rb (LeakChecker#find_tempfiles): get rid of
  errors on uninitialized Tempfile, which can be left when
  Dir.tmpdir failed or by Tempfile.allocate.
