* ext/psych/lib/psych.rb: define a new BadAlias error class.

* ext/psych/lib/psych/visitors/to_ruby.rb: raise an exception when
  deserializing an alias that does not exist.
* test/psych/test_merge_keys.rb: corresponding test.
