* compile.c, compile.h: fix stack pointer issues.
calculate correct stack depth at compile time.
* insns.def (emptstack): remove it and add a new insn "adjuststack".
* bootstraptest/test_knownbug.rb: move/remove fixed test.
* bootstraptest/test_syntax.rb: ditto.
