Fix failures on btest for NativeClient.

* bootstraptest/runner.rb (nacl?): New method to distinguish NaCl
  corss build.

* bootstraptest/test_io.rb: Skip unsupported operations.

* bootstraptest/test_literal.rb: ditto.
