* lib/rss/maker/: supported
    xxx.new_yyy do |yyy|
      yyy.zzz = zzz
      ...
    end
  style and this style became the style of the recommendation.

  Old style
    yyy = xxx.new_yyy
    yyy.zzz = zzz
    ...
  is supported too but this style isn't recommended.
