	  should be different.

	* lib/resolv.rb (Resolv::DNS::Name#==): DNS is case-insensitive, so the
	  comparison should be case-insensitive as well.

	* lib/resolv.rb (Resolv::DNS::Name#==): Compare an array of Label:Str
	  objects.  Label#Str#== is case-insensitive.
