	stringio.c: move GC guard

	* ext/stringio/stringio.c (strio_write): move GC guard after the
  last using position.
	* ext/stringio/stringio.c (strio_write): use rb_str_append to
	  reuse coderange bits other than ASCII-8BIT, and keep
