Split `PACKED_STRUCT` and `PACKED_STRUCT_UNALIGNED` macros into the
macros bellow:
* `RBIMPL_ATTR_PACKED_STRUCT_BEGIN`

* `RBIMPL_ATTR_PACKED_STRUCT_UNALIGNED_BEGIN`
