* ext/openssl/ossl_hmac.c (hmac_final): should call
HMAC_CTX_cleanup to avoid memory leak.
* test/openssl/test_cipher.rb, test/openssl/test_digest.rb,
test/openssl/test_hmac.rb: new file.
