* file.c (getcwdofdrv): avoid using getcwd() directly, use
  my_getcwd() instead.

* merged NeXT, OpenStep, Rhapsody ports patch from Eric Sunshine
  &lt;sunshine@sunshineco.com&gt;.  [ruby-core:01596]

  i.e. do not dump TYPE_IVAR for already dumped objects.
