* Makefile.in (enc/unicode/name2ctype.h): remove stale recipe,
  which did not support Unicode age properties.
* common.mk (enc/unicode/name2ctype.h): update by --header option
  of tool/enc-unicode.rb.  enc/unicode/name2ctype.kwd file has not
  been used.
